Doggy Daycare

Agreement

1. I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) while my dog(s) is/are attending Best Friends. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Best Friends Obedience and Agility School, Inc. and Doggy Daycare, it's employees, officers and directors, from any and all claims, damages or causes of action arising from my dog's attendance and participation in Doggy Daycare.
2. I further understand and agree that in admitting my dog(s) to Best Friends, the owner of Best Friends Obedience and Agility School, Inc. has relied on my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and has/have not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog.
3. I further understand and agree that Best Friends and their staff and volunteers will not be held liable for any problems that develop (e.g. injuries, fleas, illness) provided reasonable care and precautions are followed, and I hereby release them or any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog(s) attendance and participation at Best Friends.
4. I further understand and agree that any problem that develops with my dog(s) will be treated as deemed best by the staff of Best Friends Obedience and Agility School, Inc., in their sole discretion, and that I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved including veterinary bills.
5. I have read the attached rules and regulations and agree to abide by them.

I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions and statements of this agreement.
